Job summary

D4 Insight is seeking a Systems Analyst with Core Banking experience to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for banking technology projects in Abu Dhabi.

The role requires coordinating with business users, technology teams, vendors and testing teams, preparing BRDs and user stories, and supporting SIT/UAT and defect management. 5–6 years of BA experience and FLEXCUBE expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking technology projects.
• FLEXCUBE technical and functional expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE modules and business processes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Database and data analysis.
• Experience across Core Banking, payments, deposits, lending, or customer onboarding.
• Experience with WebLogic, REST/SOAP/API, Integration/ESB, and Kafka.
• Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Perform impact analysis for change requests, regulatory requirements, and system enhancements.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Coordinate with business users, technology teams, vendors, and testing teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and business sign-off.
• Assist with data analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and operational improvements.
• Ensure requirements traceability and timely project delivery.
