Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Core Banking implementation, support, or transformation programs.
• Strong experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE architecture and solution design.
• Good understanding of Oracle Database, performance tuning, integrations, and data models.
• Experience managing banking projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in retail and corporate banking domains is preferred.
• Having hands-on experience on project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sustenance-track projects and technical initiatives for the Core Banking platform.
• Review and design solution architectures for enhancements, integrations, and system optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with business, technology, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams for solution delivery.
• Drive architecture reviews, technical assessments, defect remediation, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support capacity planning, EOD optimization, platform modernization, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Manage project planning, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure successful delivery of initiatives within agreed timelines and quality standards.
