Job summary

D4Insight in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Systems Analyst with Core Banking experience to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for banking technology projects.

You will work with business users, technology teams, vendors and testing to ensure traceability, support SIT/UAT, and drive timely delivery while applying FLEXCUBE expertise and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of BA experience in banking technology projects.
• FLEXCUBE technical and functional expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE modules and business processes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Database and data analysis.
• Experience across Core Banking, payments, deposits, lending, or customer onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking technology projects.
• FLEXCUBE technical and functional expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE modules and business processes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Database and data analysis.
• Experience across Core Banking, payments, deposits, lending, or customer onboarding.
• Experience with WebLogic, REST/SOAP/API, Integration/ESB, and Kafka.
• Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
