Job summary

Uasmart is seeking a Senior Solution Architect – Core Banking for a leading bank project in Abu Dhabi. You will provide technical leadership across solution architecture, system integration, and modernization initiatives with hands-on Oracle FLEXCUBE and Oracle Database.

Requirements include 12–15 years in Core Banking, deep Oracle FLEXCUBE expertise, and strong vendor and cross-functional team management. Immediate joiners only for a high-impact transformation program.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of Core Banking experience required.
• Expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE architecture and design.
• Hands-on with Oracle Database and performance tuning.
• Experience with WebLogic, ESB and Kafka.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Core Banking implementations.
• Design scalable solutions using Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Perform architecture reviews and technical assessments.
• Coordinate integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, ESB, Kafka.
• Manage vendors and cross-functional technology teams.
• Govern architecture and risk across programs.
