Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for banking technology projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing regulatory needs, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver system enhancements.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE, strong Oracle Database knowledge, and excellent communication skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups and ensure timely project milestones.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE modules and business processes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Database concepts and data analysis.
• Experience in Core Banking, payments, deposits, lending, or customer onboarding domains.
• Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specs, process flows and user stories.
• Coordinate with business users, technology teams, vendors and testing teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management and business sign-off activities.
• Assist in data analysis, reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure requirements traceability and on-time delivery of milestones.
