Job summary

D4 Insight is seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Engineer to act as the functional and technical authority for Oracle FLEXCUBE within the Integration Platform Squad in Abu Dhabi. You will support integration design and delivery across channels, payments, finance, and risk, translating complex requirements into robust solutions.

The role requires 8–12 years of FLEXCUBE experience, strong SQL and Oracle DB skills, and a proven track record in banking transformations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Oracle FLEXCUBE experience required.
• Deep knowledge of FLEXCUBE modules: CASA, Lending, Customer Information, Payments, Trade Finance.
• Strong understanding of FLEXCUBE APIs, messaging interfaces, DB structures and integration frameworks.
• Experience with system integrations, middleware platforms, and digital banking ecosystems.
• Proficient in Oracle Database and SQL.
• Core banking transformation, migration, or modernization experience is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional and technical authority for Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Define and validate integration requirements between FLEXCUBE, channels, payment systems, finance, risk, and external applications.
• Support API, event-driven, and middleware integration design.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Support solution design reviews, impact assessments, and integration mapping.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, architects, and development teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, migration, production readiness, and defect resolution.
• Ensure solutions follow FLEXCUBE best practices and banking requirements.
