Job description

We are currently looking for a Core Banking Implementation Specialist for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms & conditions.

Experience & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  2. 7+ years of relevant experience in core banking system implementations, preferably with Finacle.
  3. Strong understanding of banking operations and financial workflows.
  4. Excellent analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing core banking implementation projects.
  2. Configure and support Finacle modules, including finance, loans, deposits, and transaction processing.
  3. Bridge communication between technical teams and finance/business stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements.
  4. Drive and support product setup, configuration, and system customization activities.
  5. Manage and execute data reconciliation and migration tasks with high accuracy and consistency.
  6. Organize and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, defect tracking, and resolution.
  7. Provide post-go-live support, addressing production issues and ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
  8. Maintain documentation, track milestones, and report progress to relevant stakeholders and project leads.
