• Facilitate communication between the organization and contractors, ensuring mutual understanding and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contract execution and project implementation.
• Implement strategies to resolve contract disputes and handle performance issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and goals.
• Ensure that all contracts comply with end-user regulations, including procurement guidelines, security clearances, and quality standards.
