Met T&S in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Contract Manager to oversee contractual relations with clients, consortiums or JV partners on executive projects.

You will transfer contract documents, supervise tools used in project execution, identify provisions for vendors and subcontractors, manage confidentiality, support change orders and liaise with project control and legal teams.

Qualificações

• University degree or diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Experience in contract management for EPC/industrial projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Transfer contractual documents to the Project Team.
• Supervise the preparation of contract tools for project execution.
• Identify provisions to be transferred to vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare documents to ensure confidentiality obligations are met.
• Support PM/PD and other team members on contract-related matters.
• Draft correspondence on contractual matters.
• Identify delays and prepare change orders with relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in negotiation of contract amendments and changes.
• Inform Legal Affairs on disputes and potential litigation.
• Support risk management and treasury functions during execution.
