CTG is seeking a Contracts Manager in the United Arab Emirates to support the initiation, roll-out and execution of projects. The role oversees contracts from mobilisation to ongoing performance monitoring, ensuring KPIs, SLAs and milestones are met and documented for stakeholders.

You will closely collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal and Business Development to align contracts with client needs and organizational goals, while driving continuous improvement and risk management across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Relations, Contract Management or related field.
• Experience in contract management, project performance monitoring, or commercial operations.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead project mobilisation and translate contract terms into service delivery KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor contract performance, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective actions with Operations and Account Managers.
• Gather client intelligence to support business development and contract renewals.
• Prepare monthly contract performance reports and maintain contract documentation.
