Job summary
Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking a Contracts Engineer to support contract administration, subcontract management, and claims activities on major Oil & Gas EPC projects in the UAE. Ideal for early-career professionals in quantity surveying or commercial roles looking to grow in EPC contracting and project delivery.
You will review contracts, prepare subcontract documents, manage variations, and assist with claims, while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- FIDIC training or contract/law-based training is a plus.
- APC candidates preparing for MRICS qualification are encouraged to apply.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Administration, or Commercial roles within EPC/construction projects.
- Experience in supporting contract management, subcontract administration, and claims activities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review contract and subcontract documents during tender stage; identify risks and deviations.
- Prepare and administer subcontract documents and agreements; manage variation orders and MOUs.
- Assist in contract administration and maintain contemporaneous project records for claims and commercial purposes.
