Job summary

Archirodon in UAE seeks a seasoned Contracts Manager to lead contract administration on large-scale EPC projects. You will monitor compliance, prepare legal documents, and manage disputes with clients and third parties. The role requires extensive UAE EPC experience and excellence in English communication.

with a focus on risk mitigation, you will coordinate with Project Managers and Legal & Contracts to safeguard project interests and ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in contracts/engineering with 10+ years as Contracts Manager.
• Oil & Gas project experience.
• In-depth knowledge of contract types and processes.
• Strong written and oral English skills.
• Experience with contracts reviews, claims and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with project contracts and advise the Project Manager.
• Prepare contractual correspondence and legal documents.
• Ensure client obligations are met and report progress.
• Identify contract and legal issues and escalate when needed.
• Route deviations from standard forms to Project Manager.
• Draft contracts with third parties based on templates.
• Review supplier/subcontractor proposals and responses.
• Coordinate with Legal & Contracts on dispute or arbitration input.
