Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking a Contracts Engineer to support contract administration, subcontract management, and claims activities for major Oil & Gas EPC projects in the UAE. The role suits professionals with early-career exposure in quantity surveying or commercial functions aiming to deepen EPC contracting expertise.

You will engage in contract review, administration, and claims coordination, working with multidisciplinary teams to protect company interests.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Administration, or Commercial support in EPC/construction projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying required; FIDIC training advantageous.
• APC/MRICS candidates encouraged to apply and develop.

Responsibilities

• Review contract and subcontract documents during tender; identify risks and deviations.
• Prepare and administer subcontract documents and contractual agreements; manage variations and MOUs.
• Assist in claims preparation, maintain project records, and coordinate with stakeholders.
