Khadamat Facilities Management LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Contract/General Manager to lead the strategic, operational and commercial performance of a major contract. This senior role requires proven experience managing Grade A commercial buildings, with accountability for service delivery, financial performance and client relationships.

You will lead integrated facilities and asset management, own the P&L, budgets and forecasts, and manage multidisciplinary teams

Competenze

• Senior leadership with contract and commercial accountability.
• Experience managing Grade A commercial buildings and service delivery.
• UAE National with fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in facilities management or integrated services.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing multidisciplinary managers and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
