KAIZEN Asset Management Services in Dubai seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities and maintain safe, well-functioning facilities. You will lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage policies, insurance, and preventive maintenance.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree and 5–7 years in a similar role, knowledgeable in contracts, claims, and FM software. UAE driving license and reliable transport are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field. MEP (engineer- preferably civil).
• 5-7 years experience as a Facilities Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of facility management principles, best practices, and regulations.
• Contract negotiations and contracts management experience.
• Insurance claims knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using facility management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repairs.

• Valid UAE drivers license and reliable transportation.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team.

The Facilities Manager is responsible to oversee all building-related activities by preserving a good condition of infrastructure and ensure that all building facilities are safe and well functioning.

The Facilities Manager has the overall responsibility for overseeing the implementation of policies, building insurance, PPM work, Documentation, procedures and programs that will assure well-managed, well-maintained buildings and facilities, placing maximum emphasis on leading a staff in the positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs.

• Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field. MEP (must be an engineer- preferably civil)
• Proven 5-7 years experience as a Facilities Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of facility management principles, best practices, and regulations.
• Solid experience in Contract negotiations and contracts management
