LLC is seeking a diligent pre-contract and tender professional to support tender submissions, cost estimation, and commercial analysis. You will review documents, analyze BOQ and project requirements, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely bids. The role emphasizes contract conditions review, risk assessment, and negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil/Construction-related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant pre-contract, tendering, contracts or commercial roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong knowledge of construction contracts and tendering may be considered for junior positions.
• Good understanding of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and other standard forms of construction contracts is an advantage.
• Ability to review tender documents, specifications, drawings and contract conditions.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQ, scope of work and contract conditions.
• Prepare and review tender submissions, quotations and commercial offers.
• Analyze BOQ quantities, specifications and project requirements.
• Assist with quantity take-off, rate analysis and cost estimation.
• Prepare clarifications, RFIs and commercial qualifications.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Technical Procurement and Project teams.
• Support negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in contract award and handover process from Pre-Contract to Post-Contract.
• Maintain tender documentation and ensure timely submission of bids.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of **MS Excel and MS Office**; knowledge of AutoCAD and quantity take-off software is an advantage.
• Ability to identify **commercial risks, exclusions, qualifications and contractual obligations**.
• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet **tender submission deadlines**.
• Strong documentation, organization and follow-up skills.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is an advantage.
