Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Content Ecosystem Operation Manager for the LIVE MENA team in Dubai. You will craft content strategies for agency partners across overseas live markets, identify trends, improve live content quality, and scale successful frameworks.

You will nurture local creators, align resources across on- and off-platform channels, and drive growth through data-informed operations. Fluency in English and Chinese aids collaboration with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years in operations, live streaming preferred.
• Experience managing a team and delivering results.
• Familiar with local culture and development trends; experience with online/offline campaigns.
• Strong data analysis, teamwork, and communication; self-motivated.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for global collaboration.
