Job summary

TikTok LIVE in the MENAT region is hiring a Content Ecosystem Operation Manager to support group entities across MENAT. You will aid creator content strategy, training, analytics, policy implementation and governance with local execution by operating teams.

Responsibilities include building Arabic-speaking creator operations, recruiting local talents, planning campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using data to improve content supply, engagement and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field with 3+ years in content/creator operations or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Arabic-speaking markets and MENA operations.
• Familiar with live streaming ecosystems and working with creators or partners.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

TikTok LIVE connects creators and communities in real time, enabling interactive experiences and new monetisation opportunities. As part of TikTok’s regional management and support function, the TikTok LIVE MENA is seeking a Content Ecosystem Operation Manager to support TikTok group entities across the MENAT region. The role will support the development of creator content strategy, training, performance analytics, policy implementation and operational governance, with local execution undertaken by the relevant operating teams.

• Develop and execute content and creator operation strategies for Arabic-speaking markets, with a strong understanding of local culture, content trends, and audience preferences.
• Identify, recruit, and nurture high-potential local creators and LIVE creators; build creator pipelines and growth plans to improve content supply and creator performance on the platform.
• Plan and execute localized online and offline campaigns, creator programs, and content initiatives to increase creator engagement, content quality, and market influence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to amplify high-quality creators and content, and build scalable operation mechanisms for creator growth and ecosystem development.
• Use data and market insights to identify content opportunities, diagnose common ecosystem issues, and continuously optimise operation strategies to drive creator scale and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in content operations, creator operations, live streaming operations, or related fields.
• 2. Strong understanding of Arabic-speaking markets, local culture, and content trends; prior experience in MENA market operations is preferred.
• 3. Familiar with the live streaming and/or content platform ecosystem, with experience working with creators, agencies, or local partners.
• 4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable operation plans.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; self-driven, result-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• 5. Fluent in Arabic and English; able to communicate effectively with local creators, partners, and global stakeholders.
