TikTok LIVE is seeking a Creator Manager to support MENAT region with regional strategy, training materials, and governance for creators. The role will engage with local operating entities to implement policies and drive growth.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, strong passion for TikTok LIVE, and knowledge of live streaming trends and AI tools. Arabic language proficiency is required to collaborate with regional stakeholders and content teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional creator growth strategies in MENA, focusing on chat and voice room content.
• Create onboarding and training materials for creators and local teams on TikTok LIVE features, policies and best practices.
• Analyze regional creator performance data weekly and monthly, identify trends and propose strategic actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on regional initiatives, playbooks and best practices for market execution.
• Provide insights on MENAt LIVE ecosystem trends and suggest improvements to regional ops and policies.

TikTok LIVE connects creators and communities in real time, enabling interactive experiences and new monetisation opportunities. As part of TikTok’s regional management and support function, TikTok LIVE MENA is seeking a Creator Manager to support TikTok group entities across the MENAT region. The role will support the development of regional creator-management strategy, training, performance analytics, policy implementation and operational governance, with local execution undertaken by the relevant operating entities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional creator growth strategies in MENA region, focusing on chatting content verticals and voice room content operation;
• Develop structured onboarding, education and training materials for creators and local teams covering TikTok LIVE products, features, policies and best practices, with local delivery and contracting handled by the relevant operating entities.
• Analyse regional creator performance data on a weekly and monthly basis, identify trends and gaps, and provide strategic recommendations to regional leadership and local operating teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on regional creator initiatives, campaign playbooks and operational best practices, with market-level implementation handled by local operating entities.
• Provide insights on MENA/MENAT LIVE ecosystem trends and recommend improvements to regional creator operations strategy, policies and methodology.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Deep passion for TikTok LIVE, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture.
• Understanding of latest live-streaming trends and AI tools.
• Arabic speaking required as to communicate with local key business stakeholders and local live content culture understanding.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Content vertical operation experience is preferred.
