Kayzin Recruitment partners with a fast-growing Dubai real estate business to recruit a confident Content Creator & Brand Presenter. The role is Dubai-based, presenting Dubai property opportunities to a UK-facing audience and traveling for shoots.

You’ll film content, attend launches and help convert online engagement into investor enquiries. Ideal candidates are naturally engaging on camera with strong English, experience creating social-first content for Instagram, and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and present engaging Instagram content focused on Dubai real estate.

• Research developments, pricing, payment plans and selling points.
• Present property information clearly, engagingly and credibly.
• Capture high-quality footage and coordinate with overseas editors.

Kayzin Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing Dubai real estate business looking for a confident and commercially minded Content Creator & Brand Presenter.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is naturally confident on camera and can create engaging, social-first content aimed primarily at property investors across the UK and wider international markets.

This is not a purely behind-the-scenes content role. You will become one of the public faces of the brand, presenting Dubai property opportunities, visiting developer offices and project launches, and helping turn online engagement into qualified investor enquiries. This is directly supporting the UK market but based here in the region.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating and presenting engaging Instagram content focused on Dubai real estate and investment opportunities
• Becoming an on-camera representative of the business for its UK-facing audience
• Visiting developer offices, showrooms, launches and project locations to film content
• Researching developments, pricing, payment plans and key selling points
• Presenting property information in a clear, engaging and credible way
• Capturing high-quality footage and supplying content to an overseas editing team
• Supporting content planning and contributing ideas for future campaigns
• Attending selected meetings, events and international roadshows
• Engaging with inbound enquiries and asking initial qualifying questions
• Working closely with the sales team to pass across relevant opportunities
• Completing product and sales training to develop a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market

What we’re looking for:

• Confident, articulate and natural in front of the camera
• Strong spoken English and able to communicate credibly with a UK audience
• Experience creating social-first content, particularly for Instagram
• Basic filming and video-editing knowledge
• A strong understanding of what makes content engaging and commercially effective
• Professionally presented and comfortable representing a premium brand
• Commercially minded and interested in learning about sales and lead qualification
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work primarily from the Dubai office and travel locally for filming
• Previous real estate experience would be beneficial but is not essential
