Job summary

Master Mind Real Estate Broker is seeking a confident Real Estate Presenter & Content Creator to front our brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms. This is not a traditional social media management role.

You will present luxury properties, create walkthroughs, and share Dubai market insights, turning complex property information into engaging stories for premium video content across Dubai. A valid driving license and your own car are mandatory for frequent shoots.

• Turn technical property information into simple, engaging stories.
• Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Travel independently to properties and shoot locations across Dubai.
• Research new content ideas from Dubai and international real estate creators.
• Help develop a distinctive on-camera identity for Master Mind Real Estate.

Master Mind Real Estate Broker is looking for a confident, intelligent and highly presentable Real Estate Presenter & Content Creator to become one of the key faces of our brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms.

This is not a traditional social media management role.

We are looking for someone who can stand in front of a camera and make people want to watch – someone who can take a property, plot, development or Dubai real estate topic and turn it into engaging, premium-quality content.

What You'll Do

• Present luxury properties, plots and development opportunities on camera
• Create engaging property walkthroughs and location-based videos
• Present Dubai real estate news, market insights and investment opportunities
• Work with our team to develop strong video concepts, hooks and scripts
• Turn technical property information into simple, interesting stories
• Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Participate in interviews, developer visits and property shoots
• Travel independently to properties, communities and shoot locations across Dubai
• Research new content ideas and formats from Dubai and international real estate creators
• Help develop a distinctive on-camera identity for Master Mind Real Estate

Who We're Looking For

• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Natural confidence, energy and personality on camera
• Professional and polished appearance
• Strong storytelling ability
• Understanding of what makes social media content engaging
• Ability to learn Dubai real estate quickly
• Ability to understand property information and explain it naturally rather than simply memorizing a script
• Previous experience in content creation, presenting, hosting, media, luxury, hospitality or real estate is preferred
• Valid driving license – mandatory
• Own car – mandatory

Dubai real estate experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
