Job summary

Richmond Properties seeks a hands-on Videographer to plan, shoot and produce high-quality video content across our property portfolio, campaigns and brand.

You will work from concept through final delivery, operating cameras, lighting and audio, plus editing and color grading to a premium standard. UAE/Dubai-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Videographer or Cinematographer.
• Strong portfolio showing property/commercial work.
• Experience shooting real estate content is highly preferred.
• Excellent understanding of cinematography, lighting and camera movement.

Responsibilities

• Film cinematic property tours, listings and campaigns.
• Produce brand and corporate content for Richmond Properties.
• Create engaging social media videos (Reels, short-form).
• Capture agent personal-brand content for campaigns.
• Plan shoots with shot lists, locations, and lighting.
• Operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Edit and color-grade footage to a high commercial standard.
• Develop concepts and visual treatments for campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to realize ideas.

The Role

This is a hands-on creative role for someone with a strong eye for cinematography, storytelling and visual detail. You will be responsible for planning, shooting and producing high-quality video content across our property portfolio, agents, campaigns and overall brand. You should be comfortable creating everything from cinematic property films and walkthroughs to fast-paced social media content and polished brand videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Film high-quality cinematic property tours, listings and promotional campaigns
• Produce brand films and corporate content for Richmond Properties
• Create engaging social media content, including Reels and short-form video
• Film agent personal-brand content and promotional campaigns
• Plan shoots, including shot lists, locations, lighting and equipment
• Operate professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment
• Edit and colour-grade footage to a high commercial standard
• Develop creative concepts and visual treatments for new campaigns
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to bring ideas to life
• Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity across all content
• Stay up to date with current trends in real estate, social media and commercial video

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Cinematographer or similar role
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating high-quality property and/or commercial work
• Previous experience shooting real estate/property content is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting and camera movement
• Excellent knowledge of professional camera equipment
• Strong video editing and colour-grading skills
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social platforms
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently from concept through to final delivery
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple shoots/projects
• UAE/Dubai-based candidates preferred
