Job summary

Meraki Group is seeking a talented videographer with real estate experience to join our marketing team in Abu Dhabi. You will lead end-to-end video production from concept through delivery, creating compelling property videos for campaigns, social media, and digital ads.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5+ years of real estate videography, a strong editing skillset, and the ability to craft engaging narratives that align with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of professional videography experience.
• Experience focused on real estate, property development, architecture, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
• Proven portfolio in real estate/property videography.
• Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals, and audio equipment.
• Skilled in editing and post-production for social media content.
• Experience creating short-form social media content and property reels.
• Familiarity with drone photography/videography is a plus.
• Ability to work independently from concept through final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high‑quality video content for real estate projects and lifestyle campaigns
• Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Film property walkthroughs, launches, amenities, and events
• Produce cinematic videos highlighting architecture, interiors, and surroundings
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align with campaign objectives
• Handle pre‑production, shooting, lighting, audio, editing, and final delivery
• Capture aerial/drone footage where permitted
• Develop concepts, storyboards, scripts, and shot lists
• Edit with Premiere Pro/After Effects/DaVinci Resolve, add motion graphics and branding
• Adapt content to various formats and aspect ratios for social channels
• Maintain organized assets and ensure brand guidelines are followed

Job description

We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer with proven real estate experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and property presentation, with the ability to create high-quality visual content that showcases our developments, properties, lifestyle, and brand.

The role involves end-to-end video production, from concept development and filming to editing and delivering content optimized for social media, digital advertising, websites, and property campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for real estate projects, properties, developments, and lifestyle campaigns
• Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital advertising campaigns
• Film property walkthroughs, project launches, amenities, construction progress, events, interviews, and promotional campaigns
• Produce cinematic property videos that effectively highlight architecture, interiors, landscaping, amenities, and surrounding locations
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and develop appropriate video concepts
• Handle complete video production, including pre-production, shooting, lighting, audio, editing, color grading, and final delivery
• Capture aerial/drone footage where required and permitted
• Create short-form videos and reels designed to maximize engagement and lead generation
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and shot lists for property campaigns
• Edit videos using professional tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and branding elements where appropriate
• Adapt video content into different formats and aspect ratios for various digital platforms
• Maintain and organize video assets, footage, project files, and content libraries
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a premium real estate visual identity
• Keep up to date with current video, social media, and real estate content trends

Requirements

2-5+ years of professional videography experience, preferably within the real estate, property development, architecture, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle sector.

Proven portfolio demonstrating real estate/property videography.

Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals, microphones, and other video equipment.

Strong skills in video editing and post-production.

Experience creating short-form social media content and property reels.

Knowledge of cinematic filming techniques, composition, lighting, and storytelling.

Experience with drone photography/videography is an advantage.

Ability to work independently from concept through final delivery.

Strong creative sense and attention to detail.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE real estate market is preferred.

UAE driving license is an advantage.
