Client of AIQU in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead strategy and digital transformation engagements. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, drive impactful consulting solutions, and foster strong client relationships to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in consulting with leadership experience, expertise in data analytics, cloud, and AI, and willingness to travel regionally. Master’s or MBA and certifications like PMP/Prince2 are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA required.
• PMP, Prince2 or relevant digital credentials preferred.
• 8+ years of consulting experience with at least 2 years in a management or team-lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting projects across strategy, digital and domain initiatives.
• Develop and present strategic roadmaps, digital transformation plans and technical solutions to C-level stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risk, and resource allocation for on-time delivery.
• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and value-driven insights.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants to build high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate consulting deliverables into client organizations.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and supporting pitches.
