Kingston Stanley is partnering with a prominent UAE organisation to appoint an experienced Strategy Consultant who will work directly with the CEO on high-impact strategic and business transformation initiatives. The role suits someone from management consulting or strategy advisory backgrounds who can own projects and translate strategic ideas into measurable outcomes.

We are partnering with a prominent UAE organisation to appoint an experienced Strategy Consultant who will work directly with the CEO on high-impact strategic and business transformation initiatives.

This opportunity is ideal for someone coming from a management consulting or strategy advisory background who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working closely with senior leadership, and turning strategic ideas into measurable business outcomes.

What we're looking for:

• 5–7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or business transformation.
• Proven experience delivering multiple strategic projects across different business functions.
• Exposure to UAE government or semi-government projects is highly desirable.
• Strong capabilities in strategic planning, operational excellence, process improvement, and project execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• A confident, proactive individual who can independently drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Previous experience in the UAE is strongly preferred.
