Job summary

Allocation Assist in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Arabic-speaking Consultant Pediatrician to join our medical team. This role focuses on delivering premium care to newborns and children in a dynamic, multinational environment.

You will conduct regular check-ups, diagnose, prescribe treatments, coordinate care with specialists, and communicate clearly with families about plans and risks. Board-certified with at least 5 years post-specialty experience is required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Pediatrician with a minimum of 5 years post-specialty experience in pediatrics.
• Excellent knowledge of all aspects of pediatrics including newborn and adolescent care, immunization, and able to handle emergency situations.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy towards patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate care as the primary point of contact for pediatric patients.
• Conduct routine check-ups to monitor health and development.
• Diagnose injuries and illnesses and prescribe/interpret tests as needed.
• Coordinate with the patient care team and arrange specialist consultations as required.
• Prescribe or administer treatment, vaccines, and other care to prevent or treat illness.
• Communicate treatment plans, risks, and best practices clearly to families.

Job Responsibilities:

You will serve as the primary point of care for our pediatric patients, providing them with comprehensive and compassionate care, ultimately ensuring their well-being. Below are your key responsibilities:

• Conducting routine check-ups to assess patients' health condition and development.
• Evaluating patients to diagnose injuries, illnesses, and developmental problems.aed
• Prescribing and interpreting diagnostic tests to obtain more information for underlying issues.
• Directing and coordinating the patient care team, involving specialist consultations as required.
• Prescribing or administering treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness and disease.
• Communicating effectively with patients and their parents about treatment plans, potential risks and best practices for proactive health management.
