About the Role

This consultant-level position combines comprehensive ophthalmology with specialist expertise in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage ophthalmic and periocular disorders requiring reconstructive or oculoplastic intervention.
• Perform reconstructive ophthalmic procedures including eyelid reconstruction, lacrimal surgery, orbital procedures, trauma reconstruction, and functional eyelid surgery.
• Evaluate and manage orbital diseases, eyelid malpositions, tumors, facial trauma, and tear drainage disorders.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient ophthalmology consultations.
• Develop appropriate treatment and surgical management plans for complex ophthalmic and reconstructive conditions.
• Collaborate with ENT, maxillofacial surgery, plastic surgery, oncology, and other multidisciplinary specialties for complex cases.
• Counsel patients and families regarding treatment options, surgical procedures, postoperative care, and expected clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to research and continuous medical education activities where required.

Qualifications and Requirements
