Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of eyelid, orbital, and lacrimal surgeries including advanced reconstructive and functional procedures
• Manage periocular trauma cases, orbital fractures, eyelid abnormalities, and complex post-surgical corrections
• Diagnose and treat periocular tumors and support post‑oncologic reconstruction for facial and orbital structures
• Provide aesthetic oculoplastic services including upper and lower blepharoplasty, injectables, fillers, and minimally invasive rejuvenation treatments
• Conduct detailed patient consultations and develop personalized surgical and non‑surgical treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with dermatology, oncology, maxillofacial surgery, and ophthalmology teams for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain detailed surgical documentation and ensure compliance with clinical governance and safety standards
• Participate in departmental audits, quality improvement initiatives, and specialist training programmes
• Mentor junior medical staff and contribute to continuous education within the department

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology and advanced fellowship training in Oculoplastic Surgery
• Board Certification or equivalent consultant‑level qualification in Ophthalmology and Oculoplastic Surgery
• Minimum 5 years of post‑specialisation experience in oculoplastic and orbital surgery
• Strong expertise in reconstructive, trauma, lacrimal, and aesthetic periocular procedures
• Proven experience in cosmetic oculoplastic services and minimally invasive facial rejuvenation treatments
• Excellent surgical precision, patient communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
• Experience within GCC healthcare systems is highly preferred
