Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care for premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU.
• Lead multidisciplinary NICU teams and supervise junior physicians.
• Perform advanced neonatal procedures and resuscitation as required.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on international guidelines.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians and NICU staff to ensure family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care for premature and critically ill newborns
• Manage complex neonatal intensive care cases within the NICU
• Perform neonatal resuscitation and advanced life-support procedures
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on international clinical guidelines
• Collaborate with obstetricians pediatricians pediatric surgeons anesthesiologists and NICU nursing teams
• Supervise junior physicians and contribute to clinical education and mentoring
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with patient safety standards
• Support parents and families through compassionate communication and counselling

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience as a Consultant Neonatologist.
