Candidates should hold MBBS/MD or equivalent, postgraduate Neonatology qualifications, and have Level III/IV NICU experience, with licensing eligibility in UAE. The role includes leadership in clinical audits, education and multidisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics and/or Neonatology.
• Fellowship/subspecialty training in Neonatology preferred.
• Consultant-level experience in Neonatology.
• Strong experience in a Level III/IV NICU and management of critically ill neonates.
• Experience with neonatal ventilation, resuscitation and advanced intensive care.
• Tier-1/Western qualification preferred — UK CCT/CCST, American Board, Canadian Royal College, Australian/New Zealand or Irish qualification.
• Eligible for DHA/DOH/MOHAP licensing.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
