Allocation Assist in Dubai seeks a highly qualified Female Consultant Gastroenterologist to lead GI care, liver and digestive disease management, and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, develop treatment plans, and mentor junior staff, in a DHA-regulated hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds MBBS with DHA recognition, board fellowship in Gastroenterology, 5–7 years' experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifikationen

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by DHA.
• Board Certification / Fellowship in Gastroenterology.
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as Consultant Gastroenterologist.
• Minimum 5–7 years of post-specialization experience in a reputed hospital.
• Expertise in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures.
• Fluency in English; Arabic/Hindi is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and manage diseases related to the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, and gallbladder.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures including gastroscopy and colonoscopy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiologists, dietitians, and internal medicine specialists.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with DHA regulations and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
• Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education programs.
• Supervise junior medical staff when required.
