Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Female Consultant Breast Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing and managing both benign and malignant breast conditions, performing advanced breast surgical procedures, and delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.

We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Female Consultant Breast Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing both benign and malignant breast conditions, performing advanced breast surgical procedures, and delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. The role involves close collaboration with radiologists, oncologists, plastic surgeons, pathologists, and other specialists to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of benign and malignant breast diseases. Conduct comprehensive breast assessments, including clinical examinations, imaging review, and interpretation of diagnostic investigations. Perform breast-conserving surgeries (lumpectomy), mastectomies, sentinel lymph node biopsies, axillary lymph node dissections, and other breast surgical procedures. Evaluate and manage patients with breast lumps, breast pain, nipple discharge, breast infections, and high‑risk breast conditions. Participate in multidisciplinary breast cancer meetings to develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with radiologists in image‑guided biopsies and localization procedures. Coordinate patient care with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, reconstructive surgeons, pathologists, and allied healthcare professionals. Provide pre‑operative counseling, obtain informed consent, and manage post‑operative follow‑up and long‑term surveillance. Educate patients regarding breast cancer screening, early detection, preventive strategies, and treatment options. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with DHA regulations and hospital policies. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, research, and continuing medical education activities. Mentor junior physicians and contribute to departmental education and training programs. Ensure compliance with infection control standards, patient safety protocols, and ethical medical practices.
Minimum of 8–10 years of post‑specialization experience as a Consultant Breast Surgeon. Extensive experience in breast cancer surgery, benign breast disease management, and oncoplastic surgical techniques. Experience in a dedicated breast unit, tertiary care hospital, or internationally accredited healthcare institution is highly preferred.
