Job summary

SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Consultant Breast Surgeon to join a prestigious Tier 1 healthcare organization in Dubai. You will lead comprehensive breast surgery services, including breast-conserving procedures, mastectomy, and sentinel lymph node assessment, and participate in multidisciplinary oncology meetings.

The role requires a medical degree with postgraduate qualification in General Surgery/Breast Surgery, and eligible DHA licensing.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in General Surgery / Breast Surgery.
• Fellowship or subspecialty training in Breast Surgery / Surgical Oncology preferred.
• UK CCT/CCST, Irish, American Board or Canadian Board preferred.
• Must be eligible for Consultant-level DHA licensing.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical assessment and management of benign and malignant breast conditions.
• Perform breast-conserving surgery, mastectomy, sentinel lymph node procedures, and other breast surgeries.
• Assess and manage patients with suspected and confirmed breast cancer.
• Participate in multidisciplinary breast and oncology meetings and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with radiologists, oncologists, pathologists and other specialists.
• Provide pre-operative counselling and post-operative follow-up.
• Manage complex breast cases and surgical complications.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, teaching, research and service development.

• Collaborate closely with radiologists, oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists.
• Provide pre-operative counselling and post-operative follow-up.
• Manage complex breast cases and surgical complications.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to patient safety and quality standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, teaching, research, and service development.

Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in General Surgery / Breast Surgery.

Fellowship or subspecialty training in Breast Surgery / Surgical Oncology preferred.

Strong consultant-level experience in breast surgery.

Tier 1 / internationally recognized qualification and experience preferred.

UK CCT/CCST, Irish, American Board, or Canadian Board preferred.

Must be eligible for Consultant-level DHA licensing.
