Job summary

Bureau Veritas do Brasil in Dubai or Abu Dhabi seeks a Sales Engineer to open and penetrate new construction and developer accounts, building lasting relationships with developers and consultants in the Northern Emirates and Al Ain.

The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, a degree in engineering, Salesforce CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage forecasts, proposals, and coordination with technical/operations teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in construction/developer sales.
• Strong network with developers and consultants in the Northern Emirates or Al Ain.
• Experience with TIC market is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Open and penetrate new accounts within the construction and developer segment.
• Build and grow relationships with developers and consultants in the Northern Emirates and/or Al Ain.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts.
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring visibility of forecasted revenue.
• Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to meet client requirements.
• Support account planning and growth strategy for new developer and consultant accounts.
