Qualifications

• Experience leading a single-discipline craft team on large projects.
• Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence.
• Knowledge of construction methods, QC, and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the projects are constructed safely and to international standards, schedule, and construction sequence
• Demonstrates a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence and leads by example i.e., leads toolbox talks, actively involved in safety awareness training, etc.
• Knowledgeable in all facets of respective discipline construction methods and techniques, as well as quality control and inspection requirements
• Strong advocate for quality construction installations ensuring right, the first time
• Understands and consistently applies the site work rules
• Implements standardized construction work processes, procedures, manuals and systems
• Displays an open/honest communications style and is approachable
• Inspects the jobsite daily to ensure that the housekeeping standards are met or takes immediate action if the standards are not being met
