Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a senior instrumentation supervisor for on-site leadership in UAE. The role requires directing all instrumentation construction activities, coordinating engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to meet schedules and milestones.

Emphasis on safety, quality control, and compliance with ISA/IEC standards will be essential. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering and at least 10 years of Gulf

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction supervision of instrumentation projects.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial instrumentation projects (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power).
• Certification in relevant instrumentation standards (ISA, IEC) is highly desirable.

• Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore sectors.
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean‑shaven policy applicable.
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, the limit may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.

Managerial and Senior Positions

A minimum of five years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
