Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a senior Instrumentation Engineer in the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi region, to design, develop and implement robust control systems for industrial processes. You will calibrate and maintain sensors, transmitters, and control valves, and troubleshoot complex issues to minimize downtime.

The role requires 13+ years in industrial instrumentation, with PLC/DCS/SCADA proficiency and strong process control knowledge, ideally with Gulf/Oil & Gas exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 13 years hands-on experience in industrial instrumentation and control systems, preferably in chemical or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in PLC, DCS, and SCADA system configuration, programming and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of process control principles, feedback loops and control loop tuning.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean‑shaven policy applicable
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
• Maximum age limit is 49 years (50 for managerial positions if significant Gulf experience)
• A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory for managerial and SR. positions
