Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional experience in safety, health, and environmental management within construction.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor requirements and construction safety regulations.
• Ability to conduct hazard assessments, evaluate risks, perform site inspections, and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safety, health, and environmental procedures aligned with UAE requirements.
• Conduct hazard identifications and risk assessments across construction activities.
• Recommend mitigation measures and verify their implementation in the field.
• Carry out routine site inspections and perform SHE audits with documented findings.
• Investigate incidents using root cause analysis and establish preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project teams to incorporate safety requirements into work planning.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and targeted training for workers and supervisors.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, investigations, and corrective actions.
