Job summary

Want More is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee Dibba-El-Fujairah projects. You will plan, direct, and supervise all phases of the construction process on site, ensuring safety and quality while meeting deadlines.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, has UAE experience, excellent English, and a valid UAE visa. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the UAE.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods and safety standards.
Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a diverse team.
Valid UAE visa or ability to obtain one quickly.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, quality control and safety.
Develop project plans and ensure execution within budget and on time.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders for efficient delivery.
Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet objectives.
Communicate with clients regularly to provide status updates.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and building codes.
Lead a team of workers and subcontractors to complete projects on schedule.
