Job summary

Unitek General Contracting LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from planning to completion. You will oversee execution, coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, and monitor schedules and budgets to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years of UAE experience in commercial construction projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage projects from planning through completion.
Driving license valid in UAE preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage construction projects from planning through completion.
Oversee project execution with focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
Monitor schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with specifications and company standards.
Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Lead site coordination and maintain efficient project operations.
