Job summary

Graphics Designer is seeking a Construction Project Manager in the United Arab Emirates. You will lead projects from planning through handover, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and resources while coordinating contractors, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and site teams.

You will monitor progress, review drawings and method statements, manage risks and changes, and report to management and clients, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of construction project management experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion and handover.
• Establish project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables remain aligned with approved schedules.
• Manage project budgets, costs, procurement, materials, and resource allocation.
• Review drawings, specifications, technical documents, method statements, and project plans.
• Identify project risks, delays, dependencies, and potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Ensure construction activities comply with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
• Manage project changes, variations, claims, and commercial matters when required.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, quality, cost control, and efficiency.
