Litco Industries in the UAE is seeking a technically competent Site Engineer to oversee civil site activities, structural steel erection, and project coordination. You will supervise daily site work, manage manpower and subcontractors, and ensure work adheres to drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years UAE construction experience, strong knowledge of drawings and specs, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Immediate joiners preferred for industrial/building projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE construction/site engineering experience preferred.
• Hands-on site execution and supervision experience in civil or structural steel projects.
• Familiar with construction drawings, IFC/shop drawings, and technical specs.
• Experience coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Knowledge of WIR, MIR, DPR, method statements, ITP, site inspections, and construction documentation.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a technically competent, proactive, and experienced Site Engineer / Civil Site Engineer / Structural Steel Site Engineer to join our construction and engineering team in the UAE.The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in site execution, structural steel erection, construction supervision, project coordination, and site engineering activities.Candidates with experience in structural steel construction, industrial buildings, warehouses, steel fabrication, pre‑engineered buildings (PEB), and related construction projects will be given preference. Professionals with relevant experience in civil construction, building construction, and industrial engineering projects are also encouraged to apply.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating manpower and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications,

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant UAE construction or site engineering experience preferred.

• Practical experience in site execution, construction supervision, structural steel erection, or civil construction projects.

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

• Experience coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams.

• Knowledge of WIR, MIR, DPR, method statements, ITP, site inspections, and construction documentation.

• Ability to manage site manpower, materials, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.

• Familiarity with steel fabrication, erection procedures, bolting, welding, and installation sequences will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction reporting tools.

• Strong communication, coordination, planning, and problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage site priorities, and achieve project deadlines.
