Job summary

fäm Properties Dubai is seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team. You will assist the Project Manager in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

This role requires collaboration with contractors and clients, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a PMC environment.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
• Support the Project Manager in managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor project progress and report on performance to align with client expectations.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Help manage risks, issues, and change requests meeting quality standards.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Attend site visits, meetings, and client briefings.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
