Job summary

Wasael Property Management seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction and development projects from initiation through completion in Abu Dhabi.

You will work with project managers, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards, while assisting with scheduling, procurement, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project management, construction, facilities management, or property development.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management and construction processes.
• Experience supporting budget tracking, procurement, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate project activities with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Track project milestones and monitor progress against project schedules.
• Support construction and development monitoring and report project status to senior management.
• Assist with tendering, procurement, and contract administration processes.
• Prepare project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
• Maintain project documentation systems and ensure proper document control and record management.
• Track change orders, project variations, and approvals.
• Support preparation of executive summaries and project performance reports.
