Leading with safety, collaboration and continuous improvement, you will manage budgets, programmes and risk, ensuring quality outcomes. Hybrid work options may be discussed where suitable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project and construction delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Relevant technical qualifications or professional accreditation.
• Sound knowledge of project controls, safety, and sector-specific standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commission management from inception through completion with quality and programme focus.
• Manage budgets, risks, and governance aligned with client objectives and growth.
• Liaise with client, project, and consultant teams to drive collaboration and improvements.
• Supervise project delivery aligned with the project execution plan and KPIs.
• Manage stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to meet scope and programme targets.
• Drive safety, risk management, and change control through governance.
• Promote Mace priorities and use best practices and digital tools for sustainable outcomes.
