Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in construction procurement.
• Experience leading general-contractor tenders and contract management.
• Knowledge of BOQ pricing and variation analysis.
• Experience managing third-party audits of design/construction execution.
• Multi-market project exposure and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop category plans, sourcing calendars and contractor panels.
• Lead tenders and normalize bids for like-for-like comparison.
• Lead negotiations and prepare award recommendations.
• Coordinate procurement execution and monitor contractor performance.
• Own independent audit governance and scope.
• Drive closure of audit findings with evidence.
• Deliver measurable savings and lead the procurement team.
