Confidential Careers in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned procurement leader to own category strategy, supplier negotiations and end-to-end execution for kitchen equipment, fabrication, spares and oil-filtration solutions across multiple markets.

You will lead category strategies, run tenders, optimize lifecycle costs and drive measurable savings while ensuring food-safety and operating requirements are met.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• CIPS or equivalent procurement certification is preferred; relevant equipment or project-management training is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual category strategies, sourcing plans and a prioritized savings pipeline.
• Lead supplier/OEM identification, tenders, bid normalization and award recommendations.
• Coordinate technical evaluations and challenge cost, scope gaps and lifecycle implications.
• Negotiate pricing, warranties, lead times, service coverage, spare-parts and payment terms.
• Manage procurement delivery against approved schedules, fabrication drawings, BOQs and specifications.
• Source and manage maintenance services, spares and oil-filtration solutions with clear terms.
