Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience in supply chain management and strategic procurement, preferably in infrastructure and civil construction projects.
• Proven track record in managing complex procurement packages, high-value contracts, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial analysis, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS Level 5/6, CPSM, or CSCP preferred; equivalent qualifications considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and objectives.
• Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, commercial negotiations, and contract management for infrastructure and civil construction projects.
• Oversee procurement of construction materials, plant and equipment, subcontracting packages, and specialist services.
• Establish and manage strategic relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and key business partners.
• Drive cost optimization, value engineering, budget control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Lead supplier prequalification, performance evaluation, risk management, and supply chain planning.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, commercial, and finance teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Lead and develop high-performing procurement and supply chain teams.
