Job summary

Albatha Group is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee PMV, heavy equipment, and vehicles across multiple projects. You will ensure efficient utilization, proper allocation, and timely deployment while maintaining accurate asset records and coordinating with Project Managers and Maintenance teams.

The role requires 8+ years in asset management within construction, strong knowledge of ERP systems, and solid HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in asset management within the construction industry.
• Experience managing heavy construction equipment and PMV.
• Strong knowledge of asset tracking and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with HSE requirements for construction equipment.
• Excellent communication and coordination with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PMV, heavy equipment, and vehicles across projects.
• Ensure equipment is utilized efficiently and deployed on schedule.
• Coordinate equipment allocation to sites per project plans.
• Maintain asset records: location, condition, maintenance history.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and overall equipment performance.
• Prepare regular reports on asset utilization and costs.
