Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years UAE experience in construction planning.
• Experience with demolition, steel, or structural works preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Prepare baseline schedules, WBS, and milestones.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
• Analyze schedule variances and identify risks/delays.
• Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.
• Develop and monitor S-curves.
• Forecast manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Assist with tender planning and construction methodology.
• Review subcontractor schedules and integrate into master schedule.
• Support EOT claims and delay analysis.
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning updates.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and project requirements.
• Maintain planning and scheduling documentation.
